Kemutec offers Powder Mills for the fine grinding of Dry Sorbent Powders, found in the flue gas desulphurization process.
By grinding the sorbent, the surface area is greatly increased, releasing more surface area for effective neutralising of the sulphur gasses.
The result can be much lower sorbent usage, thereby providing an environmental benefit for air quality.

The PPS Air Classifier Mill, is used for ultra-fine, continuous and batch grinding. It provides controlled particle size distribution and high temperature control. With the application of grinding Flue Gas Desulphurization, this is an important benefit.
