GKM Vibrating Control Screeners are designed for control and safety screening of high volumes of both dry and wet products at high throughputs.
The design and quality of these modular machines makes them suitable for sectors where control screening is crucial, as well as sufficiently robust for heavier-duty industrial applications.
GKM control screening machines are easily integrated into the surrounding manufacturing process, for example into conveyor belts and vibrating feeders.
GKM Control Screening machines are equally efficient in dry and wet screening applications. They provide high performance and volume separation with both dry, dusty, powdered and granular materials, and liquid-solid separation, when a low percentage of coarse material is present.
This level of control screening reliability and assurance is crucial for companies in a range of sectors including Food and Chemicals where materials are received via truck loading and screeners are placed inline before bagging stations as a policing mechanism.
As part of the Kemutec offering, GKM Vibrating Control Screeners are designed with meshes down to 100 microns and 1 or 2 decks. The model sizes range from 450 to 2000mm diameter. These machines are capable of delivering up to 3 fractions of material at feed rates of 1 kg/h up to 200,000 kg/h.
Like all GKM Screeners, these control screening machines deliver consistent quality products and high yield. They are easy to use, clean and maintain, as well as being built to last. They feature screen frames with double clamping for fast self-changing. These machines are designed with the highest quality materials and can also be manufactured to meet the strict requirements of FDA, GMP, and ATEX.
A GKM Vibrating Control Screener is used for many dry and wet applications including:
Kemutec offer GKM Vibrating Control Screeners for customers requiring robust, long-lasting and multi-functional operation. These screens are easy to use and maintain; making them exceptionally operator friendly.
When you need to achieve high performance control screening, the team at Kemutec supply this solution for control and safety screening of dry, dusty, powdered and granular products, and liquid-solid separation with a low percentage of coarse material. GKM machines easily integrate into the process they are a crucial part of.

GKM Vibrating Control machines are driven by two laterally attached vibration motors. Precisely adjusted springs allow the screen body to vibrate freely by means of dislocation. Vertical oscillation is generated at the center of the machine which is ideal for control screening processes.
The machine continuously removes coarse and foreign materials. High throughputs are achieved through the centered inlet and outlet. Fine product drops through the center of the machine. Towards the outer edge of the screen, a slight transport movement allows for the discharge of oversize particles.
The centrifugal force of the motors can be altered, as can the motor angle, in order to adjust the retention time of the oversize particles on the screen. The screen frames are equipped with either mesh cloth, glued to the frame, or with 2 grooves and 2 fixation rings to enable easy and fast re-meshing on-site.
