Kemutec Test Centre for Advanced Material Processing:
A new industry leading Test Centre for material processors, is to be unveiled by Kemutec later this year.
Kemutec, global suppliers of high quality Sifters, Mixing Machines and Milling Machines, will proudly make available to customers, one of the most advanced Test Centres, for processors who work in the Food, Chemicals and Pharmaceutical industries.
The Test Centre will feature a specialist material laboratory, a vast range of installed systems for process testing, as well as conference capabilities.
Available for customers to use world-wide, the Kemutec Test Centre will be located at their EMEA head office, near to Manchester Airport UK, for ease of access.
On display, the Test Centre will showcase Kemutec’s range of KEK Centrifugal Sifters which are used for effective screening and size classification, as well as KEK Milling Machines that vary from pre-breakers to fine grinders. While for batch and continuous mixing, a variety of Mixer Machines and Blenders will be in operation. Customers visiting the Kemutec Test Centre can expect to witness the benefits of their solutions; whether it be for improved hygiene, de-risking, easy maintenance, efficiency or user control.
All of Kemutec’s solutions are custom-designed for both the client’s process and their material. There are a number of industry experts at Kemutec, who with their extensive knowledge can specify what process equipment is most suitable for the application.

As Kemutec is proudly part of the Schenck Process Group, the integration of their handling systems such as Feeders, Bulk Bags and Conveyors will form part of the ‘live’ test systems and are available as full system packages or even as add-ons.
